Terms of Service

These terms cover your club's use of Sprout, the club-management platform at sprout-club.co.uk. By creating a club on Sprout you agree to them on your club's behalf. Plain English, kept short on purpose.

The service

Sprout gives your club its own private site for fixtures, squads, training, availability, subs, safeguarding records, chat and match-day tools. We're a small team and Sprout is an evolving product: features will improve and occasionally change. We'll never remove a core capability your club depends on without telling you first.

Price and payment

The price is what the pricing page says when you sign up — currently £10 a month or £100 a year for the whole club, every feature included, held for your first year. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails we'll retry and remind you before anything is suspended. You can cancel at any time; your club stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your club's responsibilities

• Only give access to people your club has authorised, and keep roles (coach, parent, admin) accurate.
• Make sure you have the right to record the information you enter — especially about children — and that parents/guardians know it's recorded.
• Follow your FA and league safeguarding obligations. Sprout provides tools that help (DBS tracking, incident logs), but your club remains responsible for its safeguarding practice.
• Don't misuse the service (attempting to access other clubs' data, sending spam, or breaking the law).

Your data

Your club owns its data. You can export it at any time, and if you leave we delete it — see the Privacy Policy for the details.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Sprout up and healthy, but like any online service we can't promise 100% uptime. Sprout is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our total liability to your club is capped at the amount your club paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel any time from your club settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or end service for unpaid invoices or serious misuse, and we'll always warn you first unless the misuse puts other clubs or children's data at risk.
